If somethingโs wrong with your order, we replace it firstโfast and fair.

You can request a replacement within 14 days of delivery if:

Refunds are processed only when:

Replacement stock is unavailable, or

The product cannot be replaced due to quality constraints
Refund details:

Processed within 5โ7 business days

Credited to original payment method (prepaid)

Bank transfer for COD orders

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

Reverse pickup is arranged wherever serviceable

If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship
