At BARESOUL, we follow a Replacement-First Policy.
If somethingโ€™s wrong with your order, we replace it firstโ€”fast and fair.


๐Ÿ” What Does Replacement-First Mean?

  • Replacements are the primary resolution

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • This helps us reduce waste and keep prices accessible


โœ… Eligible Cases (Within 14 Days)

You can request a replacement within 14 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product arrived damaged

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact


โŒ Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer

  • Style or colour preference

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage by customer


๐Ÿ“ธ How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email support@baresoul.in within 14 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24โ€“48 hours


๐Ÿ”„ Replacement Process

  • Approved replacements are shipped at no extra cost

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

  • If the same product is unavailable, weโ€™ll offer:

    • A similar product of equal value, or

    • Store credit


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds (Only If Replacement Is Not Possible)

Refunds are processed only when:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable, or

  • The product cannot be replaced due to quality constraints

Refund details:

  • Processed within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Credited to original payment method (prepaid)

  • Bank transfer for COD orders

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable


๐Ÿšš Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is arranged wherever serviceable

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship

  • Any return shipping instructions will be shared clearly


โ— Important Notes

  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason voids replacement eligibility

  • Repeated misuse of this policy may lead to account restrictions

  • Final decision on replacements rests with BARESOUL
